Technical Description:
The company constructed a number of irrigation and drainage projects for the General Authority, such as the treatment project of the left side of the Euphrates River in Muthanna Governorate. The work included covering the area with clean layers of soil, channel refinement and layer adding processes. The company has also rehabilitated the Abu Sakhaa irrigation project in Al Qadisiyah Governorate, where the work included stone covering for both sides of the canal and lining the channel for a length of 1 km while establishing secondary watering channels. The company has a contract to maintain the Darbandakhan Dam in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, which includes mechanical works for the dam gates, welding works for damaged areas and laying pipes in the dam body. The company also contracted to cover the Duhan channel, the project is one of the World Bank's initiatives in the Wasit Governorate. The project started by coating the sides of the channel with concrete C20 or stabilized concrete for water insulation for over 5,200 meters. With a thickness of 8 cm. The channel section was cleaned and cleared of clay deposits and weeds and then drying along with the execution of excavation work and covering with clean soil with a percentage of 95%. The channel section was then opened according to the designs prepared for concrete lining works. And finally opening watering sub-canals linked to the channel.
