The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs plays a vital role in the Country's structure. It is responsible for a range of activities, such as social development, welfare and charitable societies, social protection. The Government gives great importance to the development and modernization of various sectors of the Ministry through establishing orphanages and other local development projects, this helps in revitalizing the social environment of the region by creating equal opportunities, to ensure a decent living for the people of our country.

Technical Description:
The City of the Future contracted with the Department of Special Needs to complete several development and service projects for the benefit of the social sector, including the establishment of an orphanage in Al-Anbar Governorate, which was implemented according to the government's conditions and standards.
As part of this trend to achieve social security, among these development projects was the supplementary work project for the orphanage and the elderly in Wasit governorate, as well as the rehabilitation project of the Directorate of Special Needs and Disabilities in Baghdad governorate, in a serious endeavor to protect human rights.
